TBMA offers both Fresh & Frozen fruit in different size containers, all with the "Taste of Texas" logo of the Texas Department of Agriculture. The fresh market is the major outlet for TBMA products in both 1 pint & ½ pint clamshell containers. We do offer quality frozen berries to the food institute & bakery needs as well as consumer consumption. The frozen production is all Grade A individual frozen fruit available in 30lb bulk cases & 1lb-polyfilm bags with recipe supplied on back. Our frozen products are available year round.

TBMA has a unique transportation system operated by the growers with support from several transportation companies. The Producing members harvest, package & inspect the fruit at several "Drop Point" locations through out the State. The Fruit is then transported to the market locations; this system allows flexibility to service a customer with immediate product needs quickly & efficiently.

The producing members are very proud of their production & fruit quality & it has become the policy to replace any questionable product our customers may have immediately while we investigate the incident further. We have a production & quality committee that work continuously to provide the grower with information to harvest a quality berry as well as packaging properly. Our committees also review the industry packaging technology yearly to assure we are using the most efficient packaging to properly cool the fruit while providing protection during transport.
